1. minimum active investment of C$150,000 in the Province of
Saskatchewan, and if the ownership is less than 1/3 of the business,
the total investment must be worth at least C$1 million;
2. day-to-day management of your business; and,
3. make a C$75,000 good faith deposit, divided into an initial C$2,500
deposit and an additional C$72,500 deposited at the time of nomination.
An interview is not obligatory for the SINP Entrepreneur Category, but
the SINP reserves the right to request an interview if required for
criteria assessment.

Immigration Canada (CIC) regarding the nominee’s eligibility for
permanent residence, including issues of criminality, health and
security.
