Linda West is a Senior Organizational Development Manager with over 30 years of experience in the healthcare sector is skilled at developing and delivering human resource strategy and policy. Her strengths lie in her expert performance, with in-depth knowledge of regulatory bodies and legislation related to human resource management.

Linda's participative leadership style with excellent skills in cross-functional team building, quality performance, has created long lasting legacies.

Recently, in a six month period in an RHA with a staff of 9,000 people she increased the total number of nurses working in a RHA by 69 Canadian nurses while recruiting over 80 Philippine nurses.
