The Process
From the first step of advertising job requirements in major Foreign country newspapers (including both Urban and Rural editions to access a diverse mix of talent and personalities) to pre-screening and short-listing candidates by our experienced and qualified personnel to the final interview conducted by Actyl and our clients - Actyl ensures a competitive edge in efficiency and quality of operations.
Once selected, candidates are ensured to be medically fit. They are required to pass a thorough medical examination at accredited medical clinics approved by the Origin country government. Criminal and Embassy clearances are also secured by Actyl and it's country partners.
A Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS) is conducted by certified PDOS Trainers at Actyl and it's partners to ensure the preparedness of hired candidates for their integration into Canada. Final arrangements, flight bookings and departure from the airport are also taken care of by Actyl.
