The Student
Category allows eligible post-secondary graduates to apply for landed
immigrant status under the Saskatchewan Immigration Nominee Program
(SINP)
Eligibility:
You may qualify to apply under the SINP Student Category if:
- You have graduated with a certificate, a diploma or degree from a
recognized post-secondary educational institution in Canada. The
program must have been at least one academic year (eight months) of
full-time study.
Actyl will assist you:
- Get a job in Canada’s fastest growing economy
- Support you through the first six months under a Citizenship and
Immigration Canada (CIC) post-graduation work permit (required by SINP)
- Support you in obtaining a permanent, full-time job offer from your employer
- Work with you to complete your immigration documentation required by SINP (all documents reviewed by a lawyer)
- Work with you to complete your CIC documents (all documents reviewed by a lawyer)
- Provide you with legal support as required
For the rate of $2,500 per individual and $3,500 per family
(payments accepted 12 equal in monthly installments). If all goes well
you could be able to obtain permanent landed status within two years.
